The COMPASS program equips students with essential emotional and social skills to navigate challenges like peer rejection, conflict, bullying, and low self-confidence.
Through class-based, experiential learning, the program supports building emotional literacy, resilience, and meaningful engagement that fosters achievement, wellbeing, and lasting personal growth.

A classroom experience where students learn to handle big feelings, solve conflicts kindly, and stay connected with friends.
Description
This engaging in-class program helps younger students understand emotions, practice calming strategies, and learn how to talk and listen when conflicts arise. Through stories, movement, games, and role-playing, students develop skills to stay kind, calm, and connected even when feelings are big. By building these habits early, children gain lifelong tools for emotional resilience and healthy relationships.

Description
This in-class experience meets middle school students where they are by acknowledging real emotions and real challenges in relationships. Through interactive discussions, scenarios, and reflection, students learn to regulate intense emotions, validate others, and navigate disagreements without breaking connection.
