Teacher Development
Connected Classrooms, Empowered Educators
Let Teachers Get Back to Teaching
This professional development program is designed to provide educators with practical, evidence-based tools to enhance emotional regulation, classroom management, and compassionate communication.
Overview
As part of the school-wide program, teachers are equipped with the same emotional regulation tools and language that students are learning in the classroom.
By aligning the adult and student experience, we create a shared foundation for understanding, modeling, and reinforcing emotional resilience throughout the school day.
When teachers use the same strategies and vocabulary—whether in a moment of conflict or during daily interactions—it strengthens the entire community’s ability to stay connected, calm, and compassionate. This unified approach fosters a culture where emotional growth is not just taught, but lived together.
Skills
By learning to use the same language and techniques as their students, teachers will create a more harmonious classroom environment where emotional growth, connection, and positive conflict resolution are central to daily interactions.
